Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-05-05 · pre-public-release.
Plain-language terms for the AgniKawach demo and cloud platform. By using either, you agree
to these terms. The platform is operated by the AgniKawach project team; contact at
info@agnikawach.com.
Engineering-judgement notice. AgniKawach is a process-safety consequence-modelling
tool. Its outputs inform — they do not replace — engineering review, regulatory approval,
and on-site safety procedures. A licensed safety engineer must sign off on any decision
derived from its output.
1 · Permitted use
- You may use the demo to evaluate the platform, run example or your own scenarios, and inspect the V&V casebook.
- The cloud platform is for paying or invited users; capacity, limits, and pricing are stated in your service agreement.
- Open V&V outputs (Hanna metrics, plotfile excerpts, casebook PDFs) may be reproduced with attribution.
2 · No warranty
AgniKawach is provided "as is". The team makes no warranty that the solver is fit for any
particular purpose, that any specific run will converge, or that any specific output is
regulatorily acceptable. Acceptance is the regulator's call, not ours.
3 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AgniKawach team is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of use of the platform — including
but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or third-party claims. Direct
liability for paid users is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
4 · Intellectual property
- Solver code — proprietary; access is granted via the cloud platform or by request.
- Tier-1 module set — released under the project's V&V-open policy as the casebook.
- External libraries — AMReX, the Pele suite, Hypre, CoolProp, and others retain their original BSD / open-source licences. Their notices ship with the build.
- Your scenario data remains yours. We process it only to run the simulation and return the result (see privacy).
5 · Acceptable use
- Do not use AgniKawach to plan or evaluate offensive operations, weapons design, or anything outside legitimate process-safety work.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the rate limits or member-area gating.
- Do not redistribute the proprietary solver code without written permission.
6 · Changes
We may update these terms; substantive changes are listed in the changelog. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement. Without a service agreement, the demo is offered under Indian law, with disputes settled in the courts of Bengaluru.
